These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Elfentier (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Elfentier is a unified game development platform providing task management, game master data, asset management, organization/project administration, and API integration.

We may add, change, or discontinue features with or without notice. Material changes will be communicated on this site or in the app when practicable.

You must register with accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

Organization invites and project membership are subject to your administrator's policies.

You must not:

• Violate laws or public order
• Infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights
• Disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or impose unreasonable load
• Upload malware or harmful content
• Provide benefits to antisocial forces

You retain rights to content you upload or enter (tasks, data, assets, comments, etc.).

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display content as needed to operate the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.
